1. What is Prohibited on WeSendit®
Uploading, storing, or sending the following content is strictly forbidden:
- Illegal Content: Child pornography, glorification of violence, or racist materials.
- Criminal Activities: Hacking instructions, fraudulent schemes (e.g., Ponzi schemes).
- Malware: Viruses, Trojans, or any form of malicious code.
- Spam: Junk mail, phishing, or unsolicited mass communication.
2. Measures Taken in Case of Violations
In the event of a violation of these guidelines, we reserve the right to take the following steps:
- Immediate Suspension: Access can be revoked without prior notice (applies to both Free and Premium accounts).
- Data Deletion: All associated data will be permanently deleted upon suspension.
- Legal Action: WeSendit® explicitly reserves the right to initiate criminal proceedings and claim damages.
3. Reporting Illegal Content
If you encounter content that violates our rules, you can report it at any time. Please send an email with the relevant download link and a brief description to: support@wesendit.com. Your report will be handled with absolute confidentiality.
