With WeSendit's branding and collaboration tools, you can not only personalize your data transfers but also elevate the collaboration within your team and with external partners to a professional level.

1. Branding Service: Focus on Your Design

The Branding Service allows Basic, Pro, and Business users to customize the WeSendit® interface to match their corporate design.

  • Custom URL: Define an individual channel URL (e.g., yourname.wesendit.com).
  • Integrate Logos: Upload your company logo for the transfer interface and email notifications.
  • Individual Wallpapers: Upload up to four background images that rotate during up- and downloads.
  • Company Link: Link your wallpapers directly to your website.

2. Team Management: Working More Efficiently Together

Team Management allows Pro and Business users to unite multiple team members under one account.

  1. Go to Account Settings and select the Team tab.
  2. Click Invite Member and enter the email address.
  3. The member will receive an invitation and become part of your team upon confirmation.

Limit: 5 members in the Pro plan, 10 members in the Business plan.

3. Address Book: Intelligent Contact Management

The Address Book is your central hub for simplifying the sending process.

  • Structuring: Create main and sub-groups for different projects or departments.
  • CSV Interface: Import existing contact lists via CSV file (max. 5 MB).
  • Automation: Automatically save new recipients in the "Autom. Saved" group.

4. WeSendit® Widget: File Transfer Directly on Your Website

Integrate powerful transfer technology directly into your website via IFrame.

  1. Go to the Widgets section.
  2. Enter your Website URL and the Target Email Address.
  3. Generate and copy the code snippet into your website's source code.

5. External Collaboration: Folder Sharing for Partners

Share entire folders with external parties and control access levels:

  • View Only: Partners can only view files.
  • Download: Files can be downloaded.
  • Full Access: Partners can upload and manage their own data.

Pro Tip: Use the Transfer History to see which team member sent which file and whether the data has already been downloaded.
